What is your returns policy?
We are happy to refund any unworn, unused garments provided they are returned to us in the same condition they left us- with original tags attached, in their original packaging, in perfect condition within 14 days.
Refunds are provided to the value of the garment only and exclude all return postage costs except where a garment is faulty. We cannot accept any garments returned to us that have been worn or washed or used or tags removed or damaged, whereby in such a case the garment will be returned back to you at your own cost. All returns are at the responsibility of the sender & we cannot be held responsible for any garments lost in transit. Please ensure you package the item properly to prevent damage in transit. We will not accept any liability for goods lost or damaged in transit, so please ensure you post using a safe and tracked shipping postal method. Once we have received your return we will email you and your exchange or refund will processed within 3-5 working days.
Where an item is faulty, please return to us by tracked postage and these costs will be credited back to you.
Where an item is not faulty and you are returning it for an exchange or refund, you will be liable for all delivery costs.Original shipping costs will not be refunded on non-faulty items.
When returning an item please include the reason for return and whether you require a refund or exchange.
Please note that once returned items have been accepted the amount will be credited to the account used to purchase the items within 28 days.

Is postage free in the UK?
Yes- all of our domestic UK shipments are free.

Do I have to pay taxes and duties on my order if I am outside the UK?
All orders shipped are delivery duty unpaid- therefore the prices displayed for each perk are exclusive of all taxes and duties outside the UK. When your order arrives to your address you may be required to pay import taxes, duties and customs as levied by the country you are shipping to. You are required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country that the items are being shipped to. Please note that we will not be held liable if you breach any such law.
Do your prices include VAT?
As we are a childrenswear brand, all of our prices are exempt from VAT.

Do you do gift wrapping?
Yes we do! All our garments can be gift wrapped for free- make sure your request this on placing your order at checkout. All orders are sent out with one of our lovely tote bags and handwritten card, and can be sent directly to the gift receiver.

What payment methods do you accept?
How soon will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day.
For expedited next working day delivery your order must be placed before 12 noon.
Upon placing your order you will receive a confirmation email and receipt of purchase.
